Overland Expo West 2018 Exhibitors - Be Prepared for Your Camping Experience

As an overland enthusiast, you know that preparation is key to a successful adventure. The same holds true when attending Overland Expo West 2018 as an exhibitor. While we offer some conveniences, it's essential to be self-sufficient and bring your own gear to ensure a comfortable stay.

Shower Facilities

We recommend bringing your portable shower system or wet-wipe style cloths for the two to three nights you'll be camping. Our camp showers are available as a convenience only, but please note that they won't provide a hotel-style experience. Due to the natural location of the venue, water pressure and proper drainage are limited, making most shower systems incompatible.

Toilets and Water

Porta-toilets will be available on site, but there are no flush toilets. Bottled water will be for sale at the food court if you need a refill. We also recommend bringing your own water containers to stay hydrated during your stay.

Terrain and Camping

Camping will take place in an open, grassy field, making it essential to bring your own camping gear. Ground tent camping, vehicle camping, pop-up and roof top tents, smaller overland vehicles, and motorcycles are allowed ONLY. Please camp only where designated by camp hosts or marshalls.

Access and Hookups

There is no hookups for electricity or water at this venue, so be sure to bring your own power source and self-sufficiency gear. No RVs, travel trailers, Class A or Class B style motorhomes are allowed. Sites will be assigned as you arrive, so plan accordingly.
